Website Terms
These terms govern the use of this website. They are not terms of sale.
01
What these terms cover
This website is published by Furniship Connect Company Limited. By using it you accept these terms.
They cover the website itself: the information on it, the material it contains, and what happens when you send an enquiry through it.
02
What these terms do not cover
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, a quotation, or a commitment to manufacture. Descriptions of what Furniship makes, how a programme runs, what is checked and what is agreed are written to explain how the work is done — they are not contractual specifications and they do not vary any agreement you may have with us.
Manufacturing, development, quality, packaging, delivery, lead times, tooling, ownership of designs, warranties and remedies are agreed programme by programme, in writing, in the contract for that programme. Where anything on this website differs from that contract, the contract governs.
03
Accuracy
We take care that what is published here is accurate at the time of writing, and we correct it when it stops being so. We do not promise that every page is complete or current at every moment, and information here should not be relied on as the sole basis for a commercial decision. Ask us, and we will confirm the specific point in writing.
Standards referred to on this website as requirements of partner factories are held and certified by those factories, and are confirmed per programme. They are not certifications held by Furniship.
04
Material on this site
The text, design, layout and images on this website belong to Furniship Connect Company Limited or to whoever licensed them to us. You may read, print and share pages for your own business use. You may not republish them as your own, or use them commercially, without our permission.
Product designs, drawings and specifications a customer supplies to Furniship remain that customer's. Nothing on this page changes who owns what in a programme — that sits in the programme's contract.
05
Enquiries you send us
When you send an enquiry through this website, please do not include confidential technical information, drawings or commercial terms in the message. An email is not a secure channel, and a first enquiry does not need them. Once there is a programme to discuss, we will agree how confidential material is exchanged.
How we handle the information in an enquiry is described in the Privacy Policy.
06
Liability
We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published on this website, or from the website being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
07
Governing law and contact
These website terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The law governing a manufacturing programme is set in that programme's contract, not here.
