You provide the design, drawing, CAD file, specification, reference or sample. We engineer it for commercial production, prove it in a sample, and manufacture it at volume.
Our design
You select from furniture Furniship has already developed, then adapt it — fabric, material, colour, dimensions, finish, components, packaging and branding — so it fits your assortment and your market.
What sits between those two points is engineering judgement — and it is the part that decides whether a programme makes its margin, survives its first reorder, and arrives undamaged.
CAD files, technical drawings, dimensioned specifications, reference products, a physical reference sample, or a sketch and a target price. We work from whatever level of definition exists — a complete tech pack is welcome, and not a requirement.
Frame and joinery construction, foam density and comfort profile, fabric and component selection, and cost engineering against the landed price your assortment has to hit. Design intent is held; buildability and cost are solved around it.
Fit, comfort, dimensional accuracy, finish and packability, judged on a physical first-off rather than on a rendering. Corrections happen here, where they cost a sample round instead of a production run.
A factory matched to that construction and that volume, with the approved sample as the reference standard for the first order and every reorder after it. Consistency across seasons is the point of OEM, not a bonus.
Format, dimensions, materials, construction and finish are developed around the requirements of the programme. The categories and examples shown are not the limit of what Furniship builds.

06Manufacturing network
Furniture is not a single manufacturing discipline. Upholstery, solid-wood dining, case goods, metal and stone are different industries with different tooling, different labour and different quality risks. A supplier that pushes every programme through the same plant is optimising for its own convenience.
Furniship combines owned manufacturing with a network of partner factories, matching each programme to the production setup that best fits the product, specification, volume and commercial requirements.
